BS Gottschall is hiring a Machine Operator (m/f/d) in Herrieden for a full-time, three-shift permanent operation in metal processing. The role involves operating production systems, working safely with overhead cranes, performing setup and conversion work, maintaining equipment and the work environment, and conducting visual quality inspections. Applicants need prior machine, production, or industrial-mechanic experience or a relevant apprenticeship/training; career changers are welcome and will be trained. The position pays up to €16.00 per hour plus shift allowances and offers a transfer or permanent hire opportunity after 12 months.
