Grossmann is hiring a full-time Machine Operator (m/f/d) to operate production lines for producing and filling food products, perform operational assembly and disassembly, and carry out cleaning and disinfection. The role requires technical aptitude, reliable and careful work, a strong sense of quality and hygiene, teamwork, and spoken and written German; initial machine and systems experience is advantageous, while machine and plant operator or food technology training is an advantage but not required.
