Howmet Fastening Systems Hildesheim is hiring a Machine Operator to set up and operate conventional and automated production equipment, edit machine programs, perform tool changes, monitor production quality and machine parameters, document inspection results, carry out cleaning and autonomous maintenance, initiate support chains, and train employees using the buddy system. The role requires completed vocational training of at least two years in a relevant field or relevant work experience, along with a structured and reliable work approach, flexibility, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
