The role involves operating and monitoring production machines, preparing finished products for transport, loading raw materials, performing visual quality inspections, supporting production, and complying with work, quality, and safety regulations. Prior machine-operation or production experience is advantageous, while technical-drawing handling, independent quality-conscious work, basic PC skills, German language skills, and willingness to work shifts are required.
