Compensation
€18 – €27/hr
The Machine Operator will load welding robot machines with metal parts, visually inspect and perform final inspections on produced parts, and prepare inspected products for shipping. The role requires willingness to work three shifts and basic German skills at Level A2; prior machine-operation experience is an advantage but not required. Compensation is above-tariff pay of up to €26.76 per hour, with vacation and Christmas bonuses, on-site parking, and provided work safety clothing.
