Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Machine Operator for a 5-axis turning/milling center at its Friedrichshafen site. The role involves setting up and operating a Hermle C52MT, loading CNC programs, producing prototypes and small production runs, monitoring machining, performing dimensional and visual inspections, reporting defects, and documenting production data. Applicants need vocational training in metalworking or technical fields, experience with 5-axis machines, CNC knowledge, and the ability to read technical drawings; Siemens 840D, MS Office, and English are advantageous. The offer includes an hourly rate starting at €20.30, a €500 welcome bonus, advance payment options, holiday and Christmas bonuses, shift allowance, referral bonuses, and a permanent employment contract.
