TIME to Care is hiring a Machine Operator (m/f/d) to operate and monitor laser machines for component production, assist with machine setup and maintenance, inspect manufactured parts, respond to malfunctions, support production goals, and document work steps and production data. The role requires completed technical training in a related field, technical understanding, precision, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to work a day shift; initial machine-operation or production experience is advantageous but not required. The position offers an hourly wage of €16.00 to €18.00, depending on qualifications, along with training, team support, and employee events.
