K2 Verpackungen is hiring a Machine Operator with additional responsibility as Shift Lead to program and monitor 75-meter fully automated packaging production lines, perform quality control and maintenance, control production orders, staff and schedule personnel, and support production management. The role requires technical vocational training, professional shift-lead experience, employee-leadership experience, organizational and communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to perform smaller repairs.
