Carpenter GmbH is hiring a Machine Operator / Machine and Plant Operator to set up and operate production and cutting systems, prepare and monitor work processes, resolve minor malfunctions, perform quality and visual inspections, document results, and comply with occupational safety, health, and environmental requirements. The role requires machine and plant operator training or a comparable qualification, preferably with a commercial or technical background, and offers opportunities for career changers and entry-level candidates. The position follows a two-shift system and is based at the company’s site in Amt Wachsenburg, Thuringia.
