Description
Textiles Coated International is hiring an Extrusion Operator to set up, start up, change over, and shut down extrusion equipment; adjust processes for dimensional and visual quality; perform on-line quality inspections and troubleshooting; maintain tooling and equipment; complete production records; and support other operators. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing experience, two to three years of film or sheet melt-extrusion experience, web-handling experience, fork-truck operation, ERP/Shop Floor Entry familiarity, quality-assurance knowledge, and 6S familiarity. The schedule is 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with starting pay of $20.00–$24.00 per hour DOE and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
