Nesco Resource is hiring a Membrane Machine Operator in Cleveland to set up, operate, and monitor membrane production machinery, load raw materials, adjust batch settings, troubleshoot minor issues, inspect finished products, record production results, and follow safety procedures. The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, the ability to read specifications and use measurement tools, reliable attendance, teamwork, and a high school diploma or equivalent; machine operating experience is preferred. The work is physically demanding and may involve standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance, and exposure to loud noise, chemicals, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.
