ARCH Global Precision is hiring an entry-level Machine Operator I for a night shift covering Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The role operates automatic and semi-automatic machines, loads materials, monitors production, inspects parts, records data, performs basic maintenance, and follows safety and quality procedures. A high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to follow instructions are required; prior manufacturing or machine shop experience and technical coursework are preferred. Pay is $18–$21 per hour depending on technical abilities, with a shift differential.
