Description
The Machine Operator will operate and set up production machines, monitor and adjust the production process, perform inspections and maintenance, report production data and deviations, collaborate with the team to meet production targets, and resolve malfunctions to minimize downtime. The role requires a secondary-level technical diploma or equivalent production-operator experience, strong communication and teamwork, problem-solving and attention to detail, the ability to work a fixed night shift, basic technology knowledge, and Dutch proficiency.
