The Machine Operator operates baling machines and prepares products for secondary markets, supporting revenue generation and the organization’s mission. The role includes production and quality operations, safety, communication, independent project coordination, decision-making, material-handling equipment operation, and training new employees. It is a full-time position with a typical 35–40-hour schedule, open availability across days, nights, and weekends, and a pay range of $14.55–$20.01 per hour.
