Optipack is hiring an experienced Machine Operator / Plant Operator / Production Staff – Plastics Engineering in Aretsried. The role controls and monitors production plants, maintains hygiene and product quality, responds to process deviations, and follows quality and environmental regulations. Candidates should have vocational training, preferably in packaging or plastics, experience operating production equipment, and good German skills. The position works in a rotating four-shift schedule with a 38-hour week, including scheduled weekends and public holidays.
