Vinylit is hiring a Machine Operator / Plastics and Rubber Technologist (Process Engineer) to monitor and operate extrusion and film-coating machine systems, perform setup and adjustment work, meet production schedules and quality standards, optimize material use, and maintain workplace order and cleanliness. The role requires vocational training in a skilled trade or industrial/commercial field, practical technical aptitude, reliability, precision, willingness to work rotating shifts, and logical thinking. It is a 40-hour-per-week, three-shift position with onboarding, vacation, pension, bonus, and possible e-bike leasing benefits.
