Description
The Machine Operator / Production Operator prepares and operates plating tanks and processes a variety of circuit boards to obtain multiple electrical-conductivity finishes. Responsibilities include tank preparation, temperature and cycle-time control, board cleaning, quality verification, and potentially training on additional plating and etching processes. The role reports to the department supervisor and Director of Operations, requires a high school diploma, and is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dirt, and chemicals. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime and half days on Saturdays, and pays $18–$20 per hour based on experience.
