PS Personalservice GmbH is seeking several Machine Operators for a long-term, three-shift assignment in Damme, Germany. The role involves operating, feeding, and monitoring rubber-metal and plastics production machines, performing visual inspections and quality checks, resolving simple malfunctions after instruction, and complying with occupational safety and quality requirements. Applicants must be legally eligible, available for at least four consecutive weeks, physically resilient, and have sufficient German skills; prior production or machine-operation experience is a plus but not required. The assignment is fixed in Damme and includes structured onboarding, fair pay, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and on-site support.
