Prospect Mold and Die is hiring a Machine Operator/Programmer to operate and program machines, review production schedules, prepare work programs, coordinate tooling and materials, monitor throughput and completion times, maintain quality and tolerances, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to utilization improvements. The role requires 3–5 years of machine-operator experience, strong attention to detail, teamwork, self-motivation, and willingness to work the required hours; applicants must be U.S. persons due to ITAR regulations.
