Description
The Machine Shop Operator performs daily machine-shop and mold-press operations supporting the assembly floor, including milling, turning, drilling, taping, deburring, molding, bench operations, inspection, machine setup, and preventative maintenance. The role requires frequent supervision, adherence to safety procedures, physical ability to work in a noisy and dusty manufacturing environment, and availability for weekends or overtime. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and at least one year of factory-related experience is required.
