Aurea GmbH is seeking a Machine Operator/Setup Technician for a metalworking client in Ennepetal. The role involves setting up, retooling, and operating CNC lathes, programming Fanuc-controlled machines, processing metal parts in high-volume production, reconfiguring equipment, maintaining systems, documenting maintenance, performing quality checks, and working from technical drawings. The position requires vocational training or extensive experience, Fanuc programming experience, German proficiency, a driver’s license, and access to a car, with two-shift work and 40 hours per week.
