The role involves setting up and configuring production machines, changing tools, releasing production, monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting malfunctions, maintaining plant availability, optimizing cycle times and scrap rates, supporting maintenance and cleaning, and documenting process data. Candidates need completed technical vocational training, experience with automated production systems, knowledge of tooling, pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, and quality inspection instruments, along with German language skills and willingness to work shifts.
