The client is seeking a Machine Operator/Setup Technician in Dresden to set up and configure production machines, change tools and fixtures, adjust parameters, perform first-article inspection, release systems for series production, troubleshoot setup-related malfunctions, and document setup times. The role requires willingness to work in a two-shift system, technical-drawing reading, technical training or comparable professional experience, and experience with measuring equipment; prior machine-operator or production experience is advantageous.
