Description
The Machine Operator / Setup Technician operates production systems, sets up and adjusts machines, supports production start-ups, monitors equipment and quality, handles changeovers and minor technical work, documents processes, and collaborates with production colleagues. The role requires good German language skills, technical interest, reliability, and willingness to work in three-shift operations; industrial-mechanic training is advantageous but not required, and prior machine-operation experience is helpful but not mandatory. Compensation is an hourly wage of €18.42 plus applicable collective-bargaining agreement pay, vacation and Christmas bonuses, employee discounts, and other benefits.
