Description
The Machine Operator / Setup Technician sets up and prepares machines and systems for production, monitors manufacturing processes, performs changeovers and minor adjustments, troubleshoots malfunctions, checks quality and dimensional accuracy, and operates equipment involving pneumatics and hydraulics. The role requires technical vocational training, several years of production or machine experience, experience with pneumatics and hydraulics, and willingness to work a three-shift system. The position offers an hourly wage of €20.17 plus corporate benefits and structured onboarding.
