Elmet Technologies is hiring a full-time, third-shift Machine Operator – Sintering at its Coldwater, Michigan manufacturing facility. The role operates and monitors specialized furnaces and equipment used to produce high-performance metal products, prepares materials, loads and unloads parts, inspects and measures work, records production information, and follows safety procedures. Hands-on training is provided, and prior manufacturing experience is not required. The position pays $20.50–$25.50 per hour plus a 10% third-shift differential, with bonuses, benefits starting day one, and internal growth opportunities.
