TURBOCAM is hiring a Machine Operator (TAE) for its aerospace manufacturing operation in Barrington, New Hampshire. The role involves setting up, operating, aligning, and maintaining lathe, mill, and balance CNC machines; performing inspections and documentation; troubleshooting deviations; following engineering specifications; and supporting shop efficiency and safety. The position offers starting pay of $21.00 per hour, with shift differentials bringing pay to $24.15 per hour for the second shift and $25.62 per hour for the third shift. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, while manufacturing or CNC experience is preferred.
