Vibrant Ingredients is hiring an on-site Tea Line Operator to safely operate and manage tea extraction and production equipment, including SCCs, decanters, centrifuges, microfilters, and CT12 machines. The role includes equipment startup and calibration, tea hopper and dumpster management, sample analysis, packing and storage, Clean-In-Place procedures, troubleshooting, documentation, production support, and training junior staff. Candidates need HMI mechanical experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, data analysis and process optimization ability, food and beverage safety and regulatory knowledge, and familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation.
