Grupo Ubesol is hiring a temporary Production Team member to cover an IT leave with job reservation. The role involves feeding materials into production lines, performing quality-control tests, handling production incidents, cleaning and disinfecting work areas and machines, conducting first-level preventive maintenance, preparing products for packing, and installing tooling. The position requires CFGM training in mechanics, electricity, or a similar field, at least one year of experience, and knowledge or experience with production lines and quality controls. It follows a Monday-to-Friday rotating night-evening-morning schedule and includes a fixed and variable salary component, professional development, and employee benefits.
