Description
The Thread Roll Operator sets up and operates thread rolling machines to produce threaded blanks to specification. The role involves interpreting machining specifications, installing and adjusting dies and machine components, synchronizing feed and ejection, inspecting and troubleshooting quality issues, maintaining equipment, and documenting production and quality reports. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, trade school apprenticeship experience, and trimming operator experience; an associate degree is preferred. The employee must also comply with safety regulations and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
