Rocket EMS is hiring a Through-Hole Operator to assemble printed circuit boards by hand-placing through-hole components, soldering them, inspecting workmanship against IPC-A-610 standards, performing rework, and completing production and quality documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of through-hole assembly or hand-soldering experience, and strong soldering, documentation, quality, and communication skills.
