Description
The Machine Operator will set up, safely operate, and perform basic maintenance on automated and semi-automated machinery used to produce high-quality cannabis products. The role includes equipment inspections and calibrations, productivity and waste reduction, safety and 5S practices, quality assurance testing, product tracking, compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and participation in trial runs and employee training. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, prior experience running automated equipment, basic math and mechanical skills, the ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds, and must meet cannabis-industry background, legal, and state-badging requirements. The pay range is $20–$21 USD.
