Description
Blueshift is hiring a full-time Operator for its Operations team in Spencer, Massachusetts. The role operates and monitors the solvent recovery system, prepares production lines, maintains equipment and workspaces, performs troubleshooting and maintenance, documents production and quality activities, and supports safety, quality compliance, and continuous improvement. The position works four days per week in 12-hour shifts, may require rotating schedules, and requires at least a high school diploma and three years of manufacturing experience. Compensation is $24–$30 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
