Techmer PM is hiring a Machine Operator for its Clinton, Tennessee facility on a weekend Crew 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday through Sunday, with a $3.00 per hour weekend shift differential. The role operates manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds, follows safety procedures, monitors process measurements and controls, and supports troubleshooting and equipment operation. A high school diploma or GED is required, while two years of manufacturing experience and extrusion experience are preferred; the position also requires the ability to lift 55 pounds frequently and learn plant equipment.
