Beacon Engineered Solutions is hiring one full-time Machine Operator for its Alexandria, Minnesota manufacturing facility. The role operates molding presses, follows work instructions, performs quality checks and SPC, inspects and packs molded parts, and maintains safety and work-area standards. The position offers paid on-the-job training, no prior experience requirement, 12-hour weekend or overnight shifts, and $20.00 to $21.00 per hour with an overnight shift differential. A high school diploma or GED is required, while manufacturing or machine-operation experience, measuring-tool experience, and basic math or blueprint-reading skills are preferred.
