Description
The Machine Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating manufacturing machinery to meet production, quality, delivery, and traceability targets. The role includes resolving machine issues, supporting technical trials, maintaining quality and safety standards, completing cleaning and documentation tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement. It requires GCSE-level education, at least two years of manufacturing experience, computer literacy, Microsoft Excel knowledge, and experience with cleanroom operations, with a rotating schedule of four 12-hour day shifts and three 12-hour night shifts.
