MCC is hiring Production Associates, Machine Operators, and Press Assistants for its expanding plant. The roles support label and packaging production by setting up and operating printing presses, maintaining press quality and equipment, handling rolls and pallets, feeding die-cutting machines, and transporting printed sheets. Shifts include second, third, and rotating 12-hour day or night schedules, with compensation of $19–$23 per hour depending on shift and experience.
