Description
The Royal Group is hiring a Machine Operator in Marion, Ohio to set up, operate, monitor, maintain, and improve production machinery. The role requires accurate machine setup, quality monitoring, equipment utilization, troubleshooting, safety and housekeeping, and the ability to work overtime and cross-train on different machines. A high school diploma or GED is required, while manufacturing trade certification, at least one year of manufacturing experience, and corrugated packaging experience are preferred or advantageous.
