The Machine/Plant Operator controls and operates technical plants and equipment, ensures efficient and cost-effective production, meets production requirements, troubleshoots production disruptions, and contributes to maintenance. The role requires completed vocational training in machine or plant operation or a skilled trades/technical field, production experience, IT skills, willingness to learn, teamwork, and shift readiness.
