Description
Indorama Ventures is hiring a Machine Process Operator for its Hygiene–Fibers manufacturing operations at the Covington and Athens sites. The role operates and monitors plastic extrusion equipment used to produce synthetic fibers for hygiene and nonwoven products, adjusts process parameters, performs inspections, cleaning, troubleshooting, quality checks, recordkeeping, and coordinates with maintenance and material-handling teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred extrusion or manufacturing experience, knowledge of plastic extrusion equipment and materials, safety practices, technical documentation, and the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced team environment. Compensation is $21.03–$25.58 per hour with benefits effective on the first day.
