Siemens is hiring a Machine Programmer for automated laser welding systems at its switchgear plant in Frankfurt. The role involves creating welding programs, defining machining sequences, implementing minor program changes, investigating and optimizing manufacturing processes, resolving simple machine or fixture faults, performing occasional maintenance, and coordinating with other departments. The position requires vocational training in a skilled technical profession, several years of experience supporting automated production systems, robotic or production-system programming knowledge, Trumpf laser welding-system programming knowledge, TIG welding experience, strong German skills, and willingness to work in a three-shift operation.
