Aptar is hiring a Machine Setter to prepare and set up machines and systems for production, perform changeovers, monitor quality and production releases, handle minor repairs, improve processes, and maintain equipment. The role requires training in process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology, industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification, along with technical problem-solving, independent structured work, quality awareness, and teamwork. First professional experience and MS Office proficiency are desirable, while SAP MES is a plus.
