Description
The Machine Setter ensures production machines are correctly set up and converted according to product specifications, monitors machine operation, resolves minor technical malfunctions, and supports smooth, high-quality production in a sterile environment. The role includes initial day-shift training followed by a two-shift schedule: early shift from 05:50 to 14:00, with the shift ending at 13:45 on Fridays, and late shift from 13:50 to 22:00, with the shift ending at 21:30 on Fridays. Appropriate sterile work clothing, including coveralls, a hairnet, and a beard net when necessary, is required.
