The role involves setting up and converting packaging equipment for product changes, monitoring machines and production processes, instructing machine operators, maintaining systems and equipment, and assembling or installing components. Candidates should ideally have training as a machine and plant operator, machine operator, industrial mechanic, setter, mechatronics technician, or mechanic, or relevant professional experience in machine setting; the position also requires a structured, independent, reliable, conscientious, and communicative working style, along with good German.
