The Machine Setter will set up and retool machines, monitor and control production, maintain and service equipment, perform optical quality monitoring, and commission machines. The role requires technical training such as automotive mechatronics, knowledge of precision mechanics and electronics, independent and conscientious work, teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to work in a three-shift system.
