Description
The client is hiring a permanent Machine Setter to independently set up and operate punching and bending machines, coordinate and guide a small team, adjust parameters, resolve process faults, perform quality inspections, install and remove tool components, and approve first-off parts for series production. The role requires technical training, mandatory Bihler-machine experience, several years of comparable professional experience, ERP and measuring-equipment experience, first-team-leadership experience, shift work, German language skills, and a vehicle and driver’s license. The schedule is two shifts totaling 40 hours per week, with gross pay up to €3,600 per month.
