The Machine Setter (m/f/d) in Crimmitschau independently sets up CNC machining machines and assembly systems, prepares tools, adjusts programs, supports technical faults, coordinates with the tool crib, and assists machine operators and shift supervisors. The role requires machining or industrial-mechanic training, CNC experience, Siemens-control knowledge, quality awareness, and willingness to work rotating shifts.
