Description
The Machine Setter prepares and sets up machining machines and equipment for series production, adjusts tools and process parameters, monitors machining processes, inspects first-off parts, resolves simple malfunctions, performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs, and supports new operators. The role requires relevant vocational training, extensive SMD machine operation and setup experience, strong technical and quality skills, German at C1 level, and availability for a three-shift system including Saturdays. The position is based in Erlangen and pays €23.56 gross per hour for the first three months, increasing to €28.94 gross per hour from the fourth month.
