Unora is hiring a Machine Setup Associate in Berlin to independently set up, load, and operate production equipment; monitor, repair, maintain, and clean full- and semi-automatic machines and assembly systems; train operators; cover shifts; produce products according to production orders; document faults; analyze machine errors; and optimize setup and assembly processes. The role requires technical training, electromechanical or pneumatic knowledge, experience with modern production systems, teamwork, shift availability, and PC skills.
