Description
The Glass Production Operator manages and monitors glass-production machines and installations, including mixers, the glass furnace, tin bath, and annealing lehr. The role involves setting up production processes, monitoring temperature and pressure, responding to deviations, resolving malfunctions with the technical department, recording production data, performing minor maintenance and cleaning, and following safety, environmental, and quality regulations. The position requires production-environment experience, technical insight, problem-solving ability, shift-system availability, and knowledge of safety and quality standards. Compensation starts at €18.50 with a 31.43% shift allowance, meal vouchers, group insurance, and hospitalization insurance.
